THE COMPANY PHILOSOPHY

Charleston Engineering works on a philosophy of continous improvement of all activities the organisation undertakes. This is achieved by recongnising the person doing the job is the expert and every endeavour is made to ensure he/she is able to do a good job, first time, every time.

PERSONNEL

Consists of an average of 25 qualified boilermakers, fitter welders and fitter turners, plus design and other support staff as required. This team is fully experienced in workshop manufactured and the on-site installation of a very wide range of processing machinery.

Specialised skills include Welding Certification required by the Ministry of Transport, Marine & Industrial Services Divisions for all positions and steam piping. TIG Welding of stainless steel and aluminium. MIG Welding of stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel.
